3pika is a brand of RAMAPRINT SH.P.K., Republika e Kosovës. Email: [email protected], phone: +383 49 448 440. This page explains which data we collect on arbanaismajliz.com, why, and what your rights are.

What we collect

  • Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), subject and message. Used only to reply to your request. Kept for up to 24 months.
  • Customer account (Shop): name, email, password (stored only as an irreversible hash), language, sign-up date and last login. The email verification code is valid for 24 hours.
  • Plugin licenses: email, name, plan, expiry date and the domains where the plugin is activated. Needed to provide the service and updates.
  • Nock licenses and backups: when you activate Nock we store your license key together with the name and an identifier of the PC it is active on, the app version, and the dates of activation and of the last check. If you use the optional backup, a copy of your Nock setup (settings, Dock, notch apps) is kept with your license so you can restore it on another PC; you can ask us to delete it at any time.
  • Payments: processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), acting as merchant of record. We never receive or store card details. From Paddle we receive your name, email, plan and payment status.
  • Visit statistics: pages visited, traffic source, device and browser type, language and country (when provided by the network). IP addresses are kept for up to 400 days solely for security and to tell real visitors from bots; no cookies are used for this: visitors are counted with a hash that changes daily.

Cookies

  • Session cookie (necessary): keeps you logged in and protects forms (CSRF). Deleted when you close the browser.
  • Your cookie choice (necessary): stored in your browser so we don't ask every time.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile (necessary): spam protection on forms; may set technical cookies.
  • Paddle (shop pages only, during checkout): cookies for the checkout and fraud prevention.

We use no advertising cookies and share no data with ad networks.

Third-party services

  • Paddle (payments and invoices), Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-spam), Google Fonts (typefaces), YouTube/Vimeo (embedded videos, only when you play them). Each has its own privacy policy.

Legal basis and retention

We process data to perform a contract (account, licenses, payments), for legitimate interest (security, anonymous statistics) and with your consent (contact form). Messages are kept up to 24 months, accounts and licenses as long as the account exists, statistics for 400 days.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and a copy of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected]; we reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS only. Passwords are hashed, failed logins are rate-limited and data is stored on our server with backups.
