Who we are

3pika is a brand of RAMAPRINT SH.P.K., Republika e Kosovës. Contact: [email protected]. These terms apply to the software sold through this website: 3pika Gallery (a WordPress plugin) and Nock (an app for Windows 10 and 11).

Buying

  • Orders are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), our online reseller and the seller of record (merchant of record) for every purchase. Paddle takes the payment, adds the taxes that apply and sends you the invoice. Paddle's own terms for buyers apply to the payment.
  • Prices are shown on the product pages. Taxes such as VAT are added at checkout where they apply.
  • After payment your license key arrives by email, together with an account on this website where you find your licenses and downloads.

What a license covers

  • Nock is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. One license can be active on one PC at a time. You move it by deactivating it in the app (Settings → License); if that PC was reinstalled or you no longer have it, write to us and we release it.
  • 3pika Gallery Premium covers the number of websites of your plan (1, 5 or unlimited). Yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel; lifetime plans do not expire. When a yearly license ends your galleries keep working; only the Premium features and updates stop until you renew.
  • The free edition of 3pika Gallery and the free trial of Nock need no license.
  • A license is for you or your company. Please do not resell, share or publish license keys, and do not remove the license check from the software.

Cancelling a yearly plan

You can cancel the renewal at any time: write to us, or use the subscription link in your Paddle receipt. The license stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds

Within 14 days of the purchase you can get a full refund, no questions asked. The details are in the refund policy.

The software

We work to keep our software reliable and we fix the problems we learn about, but it is provided as it is: we cannot promise that it is free of errors or that it fits every purpose. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license. The rights you have as a consumer under the law are not affected.
