We ship from our atelier in Prishtina, Kosova to almost every country in the world. Every parcel is insured. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your country and are shown before you pay.
- Kosova: 1–3 business days
- Albania & the region: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days (express, insured)
- USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
Lead times for Pre-Order and Custom Made dresses are shown on each dress and start once your order (or deposit) is confirmed. Shipping time is added after your dress is finished.
Customs & duties
Orders shipped outside Kosova may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.
Returns
Ready to Ship dresses may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn, unaltered and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please contact us before sending a return. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.
Pre-Order and Custom Made dresses are made especially for you and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in case of a manufacturing defect. We always work with you on fit — please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
