Ready to Ship dresses are finished gowns in standard sizes, dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Pre-Order dresses are made for you in your chosen standard size and colour within the lead time shown on each dress.

Custom Made dresses are built around your exact measurements and wishes, with fittings in our atelier or by video call.

For custom made gowns we recommend ordering 4–6 months before your wedding. Pre-order gowns need the lead time shown plus shipping. If your date is close, choose a Ready to Ship gown or contact us — we always try to help.

Our size guide explains every measurement step by step. Wear the underwear you plan to wear on the day and ask someone to help you. You can also send your measurements later, or book a video consultation and we will guide you.

Yes — that is exactly what Custom Made is for. Add your wishes in the notes when ordering, or book a consultation to design them together with Arbana.

Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) through the secure 3-D Secure payment page of Raiffeisen Bank, and cash on delivery in Kosova and the region. Your card details are entered only on the bank’s page — we never see or store them.

Yes. For made-to-order gowns you can pay a 50% deposit by card at checkout. We send you a secure payment link for the balance before your dress is dispatched.

Yes. We ship insured to almost every country. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout for your country. Orders outside Kosova may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are paid by the recipient.

Ready to Ship dresses can be returned unworn within 14 days of delivery. Pre-order and custom made dresses are made especially for you and cannot be returned — but we will always work with you on fit. See our shipping & returns policy.
